Insurance Broker - Corporate

HAYLO People are experts in General Insurance and Personal Injury Recruitment. Currently, we are seeking an Insurance Broker with experience to Corporate Construction clients to join a premier brokerage in Brisbane.

This opportunity is perfect for a highly experienced insurance professional with a proven track record in managing complex corporate risks. You will take ownership of a high profile construction portfolio servicing clients with turnovers in the 8 figures at a minimum. Working alongside international underwriters and supported by a dedicated assistant, this role offers an exceptional platform to showcase your technical corporate expertise.

The role:

• Manage and service a high value corporate construction portfolio across large scale commercial clients.
• Structure and negotiate complex placements directly with major international underwriters.
• Lead complex renewal strategies, risk assessments, and policy negotiations for major accounts.
• Direct and delegate administrative tasks to your dedicated assistant to ensure seamless service.
• Build strong relationships with key corporate decision makers, CFOs, and risk managers.

About you:

• Must hold a Tier 1 insurance qualification.
• Essential background in corporate broking with demonstrated experience handling 8 figure minimum turnover clients.
• Proven technical expertise in corporate construction insurance lines and complex placements across high hazard construction, contract works, material damage, and liability 
• Established relationships and hands on experience working with international markets such as Chubb, Liberty, and HDI.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• A true corporate specialist who thrives in a dedicated onsite team environment.
