Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: $75k to $90k plus super (depending on experience)
The role:
Support Account Executives in the day to day management of a commercial insurance portfolio.
Assist with the preparation of renewal reports, client presentations, and insurance submissions.
Manage the processing of endorsements, certificates of currency, and policy documentation.
Liaise with underwriters to obtain quotes and follow up on policy renewals.
Act as a reliable point of contact for client enquiries and provide assistance with claim lodgements.
About you:
Must have obtained the Tier 1 insurance qualification.
Proven experience in a brokerage environment as a Broker Assistant or Assistant Account Executive.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the renewal cycle.
Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail in documentation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and insurers.
A proactive professional who is eager to learn and take on more responsibility.
