HAYLO People are experts in General Insurance and Personal Injury Recruitment. Currently, we are seeking an Account Executive or Account Manager to join a well established brokerage on the Gold Coast.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Salary: $95k to $120k plus super (depending on experience and portfolio size)
The role:
  • Manage and service a portfolio of small to medium commercial clients across the Gold Coast region.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk reviews and provide professional advice on insurance program structures.
  • Lead the renewal process, including market negotiations and preparation of client reports.
  • Work closely with insurers and specialist underwriters to obtain the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for client enquiries, policy changes, and claims support.
About you:
  • Have obtained a Tier 1 insurance qualification.
  • Proven experience in a brokerage environment as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
  • Strong technical knowledge across common commercial lines such as Business Pack, ISR, and Liability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client first mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the broader team goals.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong administrative competency.
