Account Executive / Manager - Corporate Insurance Broking

HAYLO People are experts in General Insurance and Personal Injury Recruitment. Currently, we are seeking a Corporate Account Executive or Account Manager to join a prestigious multinational brokerage in Brisbane.

This opportunity is perfect for a high calibre insurance professional who thrives in a global environment. You will lead the strategy for a portfolio of complex multinational clients, leveraging an international network to deliver world class risk and insurance solutions.

• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Salary: $160k to $200k plus super (depending on experience and client complexity)

The role:

• Lead the placement and management of complex insurance programs for multinational entities.
• Coordinate with global networks to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as a strategic risk advisor, conducting deep dive reviews into global exposures and emerging risks.
• Manage high level relationships with C-suite stakeholders and global insurance markets.
• Drive innovation in program design, including alternative risk transfer and multinational pooling.

About you:

• Have obtained the Tier 1 insurance qualification.
• Proven track record within a global or multinational brokerage environment.
• Deep technical expertise in handling complex global property and casualty programs.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex internal and external matrix structures.
• High level of commercial acumen and a sophisticated approach to client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex risks to diverse audiences.
