With significant talent leadership experience across Hays, Suncorp and most recently holding the role of Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience at EML, Andrew has led large-scale volume campaigns, international relocations and an expert in, specialist search recruitment needs.

Danielle is the Director of General Insurance and Co-Founder of HAYLO People. With 13 years’ experience in General Insurance and Personal Injury recruitment, she supports business leaders through periods of growth and change, leading high-volume campaigns and providing tailored recruitment solutions across the insurance market.

Ashlea specialises in personal injury and workers compensation recruitment across New South Wales, with over 10 years' experience placing injury management specialists, leaders, technical roles, account managers, and specialised case managers with self-insurers, insurance brokers, private sector employers, and iCare scheme agents. She comes with a strong understanding of the operational objectives and business partnering needed for success.

Bailey partners with candidates and clients across the NSW insurance broking market. With close to 10 years dedicated exclusively to broking recruitment, including experience across Australia and international markets, he supports general and specialist broker roles, including senior and leadership appointments.

Adam has over nine years' specialist recruitment experience across personal injury, injury management, and WHS, placing professionals across NSW, Victoria, South Australia, and nationally. He works with insurers, self-insured businesses and employers. He has practical knowledge of WorkSafe Victoria, icare, SIRA, Comcare, and SRC Act frameworks. His focus is senior, specialist, and executive appointments.

Michelle supports clients and candidates nationally across both the private and public sectors. With over 25 years of recruitment experience, Michelle brings a reputation for exceptional candidate care and expertise in managing high-volume recruitment projects for Government and Not-for-Profit organisations. Dominic works nationally with clients and candidates across Personal Injury. His 9 years of recruitment experience covers workers compensation, life insurance, accident and health, allied health, travel, CTP and liability recruitment. Rebecca is our dedicated QLD Personal Injury Recruiter and supports both private and public organisations across all of QLD. Supporting both short term hiring needs and permanent recruitment. With over 10 years recruitment experience she has built a strong reputation for high quality outcomes.

Marcus recruits insurance brokers across Queensland. With 5 years of recruitment experience and 2 years of insurance broking experience, he brings a unique dual perspective that allows him to truly understand both the businesses he partners with and the candidates he supports.
