HAYLO People are experts in General Insurance and Personal Injury Recruitment. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager to join a market leading brokerage in Brisbane.

Working within a high performing team, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring the delivery of tailored insurance solutions for an established portfolio.

  • Salary: $130,000 to $185,000 + super + bonus (depending on experience and seniority)
The role:
  • Manage and oversee a diverse general insurance portfolio with a focus on client retention and growth.
  • Handle a variety of tasks encompassing account management, servicing, and complex administrative requirements.
  • Work closely with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive service offering.
  • Review and manage policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
About you:
  • Have obtained the Tier 1 insurance qualification.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a brokerage environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi task.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines.
  • A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
