HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry.We are working with a leading national organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Injury Management & Wellbeing Specialist to lead complex injury management, return-to-work and wellbeing outcomes across a high-risk, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, sensitive and high-risk injury management and RTW cases end-to-end.
  • Develop tailored RTW plans and suitable duties in partnership with site leaders.
  • Provide expert guidance on fitness for work, psychosocial risk and claim strategy.
  • Engage with employees, insurers, treating practitioners and allied health providers.
  • Analyse claims trends, cost drivers and RTW outcomes to support improvement.
  • Partner with WHS and People & Culture to drive injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives.

About You

  • Extensive experience in injury management, RTW and workers’ compensation.
  • Strong background managing complex, long-duration or psychosocial claims.
  • Experience in a self-insured or large insurer-managed environment.
  • Confident influencing leaders, employees and external providers.
  • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation legislation and compliance.
  • Allied health qualification, Advanced RTW and First Aid qualifications highly regarded.
