HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry.We are working with a leading national organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Injury Management & Wellbeing Specialist to lead complex injury management, return-to-work and wellbeing outcomes across a high-risk, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex, sensitive and high-risk injury management and RTW cases end-to-end.
Develop tailored RTW plans and suitable duties in partnership with site leaders.
Provide expert guidance on fitness for work, psychosocial risk and claim strategy.
Engage with employees, insurers, treating practitioners and allied health providers.
Analyse claims trends, cost drivers and RTW outcomes to support improvement.
Partner with WHS and People & Culture to drive injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives.
About You
Extensive experience in injury management, RTW and workers’ compensation.
Strong background managing complex, long-duration or psychosocial claims.
Experience in a self-insured or large insurer-managed environment.
Confident influencing leaders, employees and external providers.
Strong understanding of workers’ compensation legislation and compliance.
Allied health qualification, Advanced RTW and First Aid qualifications highly regarded.
