Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, sensitive and high-risk injury management and RTW cases end-to-end.
- Develop tailored RTW plans and suitable duties in partnership with site leaders.
- Provide expert guidance on fitness for work, psychosocial risk and claim strategy.
- Engage with employees, insurers, treating practitioners and allied health providers.
- Analyse claims trends, cost drivers and RTW outcomes to support improvement.
- Partner with WHS and People & Culture to drive injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives.
About You
- Extensive experience in injury management, RTW and workers’ compensation.
- Strong background managing complex, long-duration or psychosocial claims.
- Experience in a self-insured or large insurer-managed environment.
- Confident influencing leaders, employees and external providers.
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation legislation and compliance.
- Allied health qualification, Advanced RTW and First Aid qualifications highly regarded.
