We are seeking a Workers Compensation Account Executive - Account Manager or well experienced Senior Case Manager - Key Account Manager to support the with the running & growth of a workers compensation portfolio.

The Role:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients whilst provide a proactive and high level of service to support premium and claims management (mixed industries, business scales and exposure to national clients)
- Identify leads and growth opportunities to continue to scale and progress your portfolio whilst utilising administration support
- Present, manage phone calls & emails to liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports and general administration involving workers compensation claims and premium projections and renewals
- Ensure deadlines are met whilst working to individual, team and business targets
About You:
- 3+ years’ of experience in workers compensation - preference within Corporate NI or self insurance claims
- Have excellent customer service skills, written, verbal and face to face
- Are a self driven individual who asks questions and is seeking development
- Have a commercial mindset and takes pride in both quality and delivery of work
- Are comfortable to travel to attend client meetings (travel costs covered)
- Wide exposure whilst you train to take over your own client base

- $110,000 - $120,000 + super + bonus
