Return to work and triage specialist

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about wellbeing, who understands the value in returning to work and who can work dynamically between triage and strategic management of injuries.

The role

• Be the key point of contact for all parties involved in the injury management process; employers, clients, and service providers.
• Monitor recovery progress through shared reports and provide timely interventions or adjustments to care plans where needed.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to optimise results and to support best practice service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with relevant workplace health and safety legislation and clinical governance frameworks.

About You 

• APRAH registered with a Bachelor of nursing essential
• 2 years+ experience in workers compensation 
• Have a customer centric approach and ability to work within a dynamic environment
• Be organised and showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Benefits

• Salary Range $105,000 - $120,000 + Super
• Hybrid - 3 days on site
