HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance recruitment. We have partnered with a National and self insured client, seeking a well experienced Workers Compensation Manager to enhance national performance and manage their TPA service provider.
Based from Sydney, located at Macquarie Park and with a hybrid role, this position will:
Operate nationally and enhance the Workers Compensation division to optimise claim performance, establish early intervention programs and deliver premium impacting solutions
Manage the relationship with SIRA, PIC, service providers and ensure compliancing and licence conditions are maintained
Enable and educate site leaders to impact best practice and improve Injury Management and RTW
Provide expertise in technical and complex claim management whilst partnering with Safety and People and Culture to better risk management
About You:
Have existing experience managing the workers compensation program within a Self Insured environment (minimum of 5 years experience required)
Effective communication skills to strategise and deliver safe and effective solutions along with holding service providers to account
Tertiary qualifications desired
Showcase the ability to liaise with front line workers to executive level leaders with the ability to confidently deliver legal reasoning and quality reporting
Benefits:
Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
$160,000 - $175,000 + super + benefits
Investment and support provided whilst ability to lead the function independently
