HAYLO People are a specialist recruitment agency within the personal injury & insurance industry and we are seeking multiple experienced Case to Senior Case Managers to join a market leader in Insurance who are mass expanding their Workers Compensation division. 

Multiple locations available and offering hybrid working, it would suit those within the radius between Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter Region & Newcastle.

The Role & Portfolio
  • You will be working amongst a team who are passionate about customer service and who are feeling the benefits of expanding their market share
  • Be recognised and focus on positive workers' compensation claims outcomes
  • This is a mixed claims portfolio across both new physical & psychological claims with opportunity to tailor based on interests and strengths
  • Work with experienced leaders and experienced technical support whilst given support with learning and development
  • Be apart of a team, vision and wider business success

About You
  • An experienced case manager with 2 + years of experience in workers compensation claims management
  • Most importantly you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences, be a team player and enjoy supporting others
  • Showcase the ability to have high emotional intelligence and ability to think both commercially and empathetically
  • Have ability to adapt to new systems, processes and regulations

Benefits
  • Salary Range $95,000 - $105,000 + Super + benefits
