HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment, we are partnered with a reputable organisation who are seeking an Claims Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

  • Opportunity to gain Claims Administrative experience in a specialised Personal Injury division and build on a purposeful career. 
The Role: 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Claims Managers and support with assisting booking medicals with healthcare providers, working closely with allied health professionals, collecting documentation and data entry 
  • Including but not limited to monitoring emails, maintaining data within systems.
  • Answering inbound calls and directing enquires to the correct point of contact 
  • Vibrant, dedicated and passionate, fun team culture.

  • About You:
  • Comfortable and confident on the phone, customer centric and positive work ethic 
  • Administration experience is highly desirable but not essential 
  • Great attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment 
  • Great time management and organisation skills - able to multitask and loves to collaborate
