Haylo People are partnering with a leading national transport and logistics organisation to recruit an experienced WHS Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that places safety at the centre of its operations. Reporting to the National Safety & Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple sites, supporting the ongoing development of the WHS Management System, driving compliance, and contributing to a positive safety culture.

The Role:
  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the WHS Management System.
  • Coordinating incident investigations and identifying corrective actions.
  • Monitoring WHS compliance, legislation and safety documentation.
  • Supporting inductions, training coordination and competency management.
  • Assisting with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and fleet safety initiatives.
  • Analysing safety data and preparing reports to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently working towards).
  • Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or heavy vehicle operations.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Current Australian Driver Licence.
