We're seeking experienced Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to join an organisation that is genuinely investing in its people, technology, and customer outcomes.
You would be part of a newly created SME Claims team in Newcastle along with a growing mobile case manager team already established in the wider Hunter region. You would be working remotely initially with drop in offices to being introduced in due course. This would suit someone looking for a lot of flexibility and a strong self starter.

You'll report into an inspiring leadership team, working in a small supportive team each having a dedicated Injury Management Specialist, ensuring you have the guidance and support needed to succeed.
The Opportunity This role is ideal for an experienced Case Manager looking to step into a Senior position or an established Senior Case Manager wanting to work within a high-performing team that genuinely empowers you to make decisions.
You'll manage a portfolio of predominantly physical claims while mentoring and supporting junior team members. Depending on your experience and preference, you can manage either a front-end or tail-end portfolio, focusing on delivering outstanding return-to-work outcomes.
You'll be joining a collaborative team that is passionate about customer service, continuous improvement, and making a genuine difference in people's lives.

About You To be successful, you'll bring:
- 12+ months experience managing Workers Compensation claims
- Experience managing physical injury claims (highly regarded)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to balance empathy and commercial outcomes
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and mentor others
- The ability to adapt to new technology, systems, and legislative changes
