At HAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment across Personal Injury, Safety and Wellbeing. We are exclusively currently partnering with a leading Australian organisation to recruit a Senior Injury Management & Wellbeing Specialist to join their NSW team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Injury Management professional who enjoys managing complex cases, influencing leaders and driving best practice across return to work, workers' compensation and wellbeing. You'll work closely with operational leaders, WHS and HR to improve injury outcomes while making a genuine impact across the business.

The Role:
  • Manage complex end-to-end workers' compensation and injury management cases.
  • Develop and implement tailored return to work strategies for high-risk and complex claims.
  • Coach and support leaders through return to work, suitable duties and difficult workplace conversations.
  • Partner with treating practitioners, insurers and allied health providers to achieve sustainable return to work outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, documentation and internal injury management processes.
About You:
  • Allied Health qualification or similar.
  • Advanced Return to Work qualification highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience managing complex workers' compensation and injury management cases.
  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation and return to work obligations.
  • Experience working within self-insured or large employer environments will be highly regarded.
