An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced WHS & Injury Management Lead to take the lead across workplace safety, injury management, workers compensation and wellbeing within a large and complex organisation.

This influential leadership role will see you shape strategy, strengthen safety capability and drive continuous improvement while ensuring strong outcomes across compliance, self-insurance and risk management.

The role:
  • Lead WHS, injury management, rehabilitation and workers compensation functions
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and ReturnToWorkSA self-insurance requirements
  • Oversee incident management, audits, risk and corrective actions
  • Analyse trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build WHS capability and accountability across operational teams
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, regulators and external stakeholders.
About You:
  • Senior leadership experience across WHS and injury management
  • Strong knowledge of WHS, rehabilitation and injury management legislation
  • Experience across self-insurance, compliance, auditing and risk
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability.
