An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced WHS & Injury Management Lead to take the lead across workplace safety, injury management, workers compensation and wellbeing within a large and complex organisation.
This influential leadership role will see you shape strategy, strengthen safety capability and drive continuous improvement while ensuring strong outcomes across compliance, self-insurance and risk management.
The role:
Lead WHS, injury management, rehabilitation and workers compensation functions
Ensure compliance with legislation and ReturnToWorkSA self-insurance requirements
Oversee incident management, audits, risk and corrective actions
Analyse trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Build WHS capability and accountability across operational teams
Build strong relationships with leaders, regulators and external stakeholders.
About You:
Senior leadership experience across WHS and injury management
Strong knowledge of WHS, rehabilitation and injury management legislation
Experience across self-insurance, compliance, auditing and risk
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability.
