Administrative Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis

The Role: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to direct reports including but not limited to monitoring emails, maintaining data within systems.
- Monitoring Switch board , answering inbound calls and directing enquires to the correct point of contact
- General office support duties - Ensuring office supplies are topped up, tidying
About You: - Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Previous experience within Administrative and Customer facing roles
- Insurance experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Great attention to detail
- great time management and organisation skills - able to multitask
