This branch only requires one Loss Adjuster, meaning you'll be trusted to manage your workload in your own way, and whenever you're not on the road you are able to work from home.

This branch and region is already profitable with a strong, exisiting client base from a wide variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of high value claims within a strong, existing client base across a variety of client-types
- Develop your client base within the local market ensuring you offer an excellent service
- Be involved in the runnings of the business unit, including managing the Profit and Loss
- Strong experience within Loss Adjusting or claims management
- Self motivated, reliable, strong work ethic
- Personable, with strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A 'can-do' attitude with the desire to take on a challenge
- Salary between $110,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on experience level)
- Commission scheme + car allowance
- When you're not on the road, you have full flexibility to work from home
