The Role:
Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, inbox, and daily priorities
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Coordinate Executive and Board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Optimise culture and coordinate both internal and external events for employees and clients/customers
About You
Proven EA experience supporting General Management, Executives or C-suite level
Experience coordinating executive and board-level meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and briefing materials
Approachable and collaborative, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Confident to utilise your own initiative to support the organisations success
