Junior Complaints Officer to join their team.

The Role: - Manage a portfolio of 15–20 complaints end-to-end within IDR timeframes
- Investigate property & landlord insurance complaints, including fire and accidental damage claims
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to progress and resolve complaints efficiently
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
About You: - Past exposure/experience in complaints handling / IDR
- Background in insurance, financial services, or legal highly regarded
- Strong ability to interpret policy wording and make fair, balanced decisions ( Familiarity with ASIC RG271 preferred )
- Eagar to learn, grow and step into more complex complaints over time
