At HAYLO People we are experts in General Insurance Recruitment. We are partnered with a leading Loss Adjusting firm who are seeking a Regional Manager for the NSW & ACT regions. 

This organisation is a global market leader with a strong base of clientele. Within this role you'll be responsible for owning the region's financials, team development and coordination of response to claims. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong, technical background, with the aditional ability to lead an experienced team with a commercial sense.

The Role
  • Own the P&L for the region, including budgeting, cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability targets. Responsible for ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds expectations
  • Lead daily operations across branches and client, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery. This includes resource planning, catastrophe response coordination, and maintaining strong operational processes
  • Oversee hiring and ongoing development of adjusters and regional teams. Ensures staff are trained, compliant, and performing effectively, while also driving engagement, managing performance, and supporting leadership capability across branches
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Provide oversight over complex claims matters where necessary and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, managing complaints and escalations

To be successful in this role you will offer:
  • Extensive loss adjusting experience across property and wider lines
  • Ability to manage financials - P&L and forecasting
  • Excellent leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team and get results
  • Ability to communicate with internal and stakeholders skills
  • Qualified Loss Adjuster preferred
