Junior Claims Officers to join their team on a temporary basis
As a Junior Claims Officer you will support the end to end claims process by setting up claims, managing documentation and liaising with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.

The Role: - Temp position - Length of roles may vary from 1 - 6 months
- Manage the end to end claims process from lodgment to settlement
- Managing general enquiries
- Opportunity to manage your own portfolio of claims from day one
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You: - Exposure to the Insurance industry in a Claims or Admin position
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Previous experience within a Customer Service, Call Centre or Administration role
- Passionate and Eager to grow within the industry
