Benefits:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Salary: $70k to $80k (depending on experience)
The role:
  • Manage and service an established portfolio of SME and personal lines clients.
  • Assist clients with the end to end placement of domestic, motor, and small business insurance packages.
  • Coordinate renewals, endorsements, and new business enquiries efficiently.
  • Form strong connections with underwriters to secure competitive terms for local clients.
  • Provide exceptional service by helping local policyholders navigate claims and policy changes.
About you:
  • Have obtained, or are willing to obtain, a Tier 2 or Tier 1 insurance qualification.
  • Proven experience handling domestic lines and small commercial packs within a brokerage.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and client focused approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workflow across multiple policy types.
  • Comfortable utilising modern brokerage software and adapting to hybrid communication.
  • A collaborative team player who appreciates a regional community focus.
