From whale watching to 50km charity walks and international trips, at HAYLO, we work hard and have fun along the way.  Due to increased client demand and growth we are growing our general insurance team with a new claims permanent desk. 
  
This is a hot desk and suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, enjoys a fast paced perm environment managing roles between $75,000 - $180,000 salary ranges. The role will be working alongside another consultant with existing relationships.

The Role:  

• Continue to build and grow our General Insurance claims positioning. 
• Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
• You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care.
• Keep up to date with the latest market trends and regularly take part in training sessions.
• Build your team around you. 
• Location: Sydney CBD

You Will Have:  

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with leadership or coaching experience, for a minimum of 12 months in a recruitment agency.
• Experience in building and growing a successful desk, ready to make that move into growing a team around you.
• Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.  
• An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
• With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
• Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
