HAYLO People are the specialists in General Insurance. We’ve partnered with a specialised Underwriting Agency who are currently looking for a Claims Specialist with existing experience in managing general insurance claims, to join them as they continue to grow. 
 
Our client has been leading their market with innovative insurance products and niche solutions, and has further plans to grow their offerings and teams in the new financial year. This role will offer exposure to a wide line of products and the opportunity to work in a close, collaborative team, providing an environment for learning and career growth.

They are proud to work closely with their customers and focus on resolving all claims efficiently with customer service at the forefront. Therefore, they are looking to hire an individual with existing market experience, who understands the insurance process and has the ability to offer strong service and efficient management of a claims portfolio.

*This role will require 4 days per week in the office*


The Role:
  • Manage your own portfolio of commercial claims, end-to-end, providing strong service and efficiency throughout.
  • Build meaningful relationships with brokers and service suppliers such as loss adjusters and assessors.
  • Take proactive steps to progress claims efficiently while meeting internal benchmarks and turnaround times in line with service expectations.
  • Operate within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, legal obligations, and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:
 
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in end to end management of commercial claims. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You're adaptable and keen to grow your product knowledge
  • You’re proactive, and perform well under fast environments.
  • You’re curious, eager to learn, and always ready to take on new challenges.
