Role 1 - Property Claims Manager, 12 Month Contract
Location: Perth CBD | 2 days work from home
Salary: Up to $150,000 Plus Super
Lead and develop the Claims team and leaders, overseeing the performance of the Property Claims remit
Be able to give technical leadership on complex and disputed claims, being the point of escalation when required
Effectively partner with senior leadership and wider business functions such as operations, as well as external stakeholders such as brokers and property managers, providing serviced outcomes for all
Maintain a high level of accuracy and operational excellence for the Property Claims function
To be successful in this role, you will offer:
A strong background in managing domestic property claims
Extensive understanding in policy liability and interpretation
Understanding of financial drivers, claims and insurance process
Strong experience in management of stakeholder relations
Experience leading claims and/or operational functions
Role 2 - Senior Property Claims Specialist, Permanent
Location: Perth CBD | 2 days work from home
Salary: Up to $105,000 Plus Super
Manage a portfolio of domestic property claims, including high value and complex claims, end to end
Be a 'technical go-to' for the team, offering your expertise and guidance in liability, customer service and management of the claims process
Build strong relationships with customers and brokers.
Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you will offer:
A minimum of 5 years in general insurance claims, with strong knowledge of property insurance products.
You genuinely care about creating a great experience for customers and supporting them through challenging times.
Proven ability to manage customers and brokers
You’re adaptable, proactive, and perform well when things move quickly.
You’re curious, eager to learn, and always ready to take on new challenges.
