This is a permanent full-time role based in
Brisbane CBD. The Role: - Salary up to $125,000 + Super
- Support claimants through each stage of the claims process managing a portfolio of Construction, Property, & Motor claims.
- Provide a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
- Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement.
- Build and maintain rapport with clients and insurers.
- Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes.
About you: - Ideally 5 + years of experience within claims or a legal background.
- Passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.
- Have a genuine, caring nature that puts clients at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances.
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
- A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
