At HAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment for Personal Injury and General Insurance. We are currently looking for an Insurance Administrator to join a fantastic insurance brokerage located in Sydney CBD. This role is perfect for recent school leavers, college graduates, or university graduates, as well as individuals with little insurance experience who are eager to kick-start their careers in the industry.

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus super 
  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am – 5:00 pm 
  
The role: 
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organising documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support various projects.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and interactions.
  • Perform receptionist duties including answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence as requested.
About you:
  • You should be a recent school or college graduate, or someone eager to land your first role in an office setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
