HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury, General Insurance and Work, Health and Safety recruitment. In just 5 years we've built an award-winning team who are recognised for their expertise in the industry, high performance and recruiting with care at the heart of what we do!

We are expanding our Temporary business across all functions, with the role (ideally) based in Sydney. This is a chance to build and grow our temporary division across new and existing loyal existing clients. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of a growing division and make a huge impact. Grow and expand our team with this leadership role.

What to Expect at HAYLO People:

• Beautiful Sydney CBD offices, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.
• Base salary to reflect your experience, lucrative commission scheme, low thresholds and bonuses rewarding your hard work.

The Role: 

• You will be responsible for growing our temporary business.
• Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
• You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care.
• Build your team around you.
• Salary: Base salary depending on experience + Superannuation + Commission Structure
• Location: Sydney CBD (other locations considered)

 About You: 

• Proven experience as a 360 Consultant across Temporary Recruitment with leadership or coaching experience.
• Experience in building and growing a successful desk, ready to make that move into growing a team around you.
• Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking. 
• An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
• With a growth mindset, you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
• Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
