We are now expanding our Work, Health and Safety QLD desk which can be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
This is a warm desk and suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing roles between $90,000 - $220,000 salary ranges and passionate about building their knowledge within work, health and safety. The role will be working alongside another consultant with existing relationships.

The Role: - You will be responsible for servicing and growing our Safety and Wellbeing desk in QLD.
- Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
- You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care.
- Keep up to date with the latest market trends and regularly take part in training sessions.

You Will Have: - Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with leadership or coaching experience, for a minimum of 12 months in a recruitment agency.
- Experience in building and growing a successful desk, ready to make that move into growing a team around you.
- Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.
- An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
- With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
- Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
