HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. We are partnered with a leading insurer who have been building out their eligibility division and are under further expansion.
  
You will be working amongst a team of new and existing members who are supported and value team comradery. Take pride in your compliance, communication and customer service with further progression and training on offer.

The role:
  • Assess eligibility of high risk claims and psychological injuries
  • Coordinate investigations, calculate entitlements and provide strategic direction on claims
  • Liaise with injured workers, employers to optimise results and the customer experience with support from Technical Specialists, Leaders and Litigated teams.
  • Ensure quality in delivery, meet deadlines and be confident in WorkSafe Policies

About you
  • Be either a senior case manager highly confident in your WorkSafe legislative experience, existing eligibility officer
  • Have strong attention to detail with excellent stakeholder engagement skills showcasing a commercial and customer focus
  • An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills, prioritisation and agility.
  • A true team player who can work independently and collaboratively
