Injury Management Advisor

HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for a well experienced Injury management Advisor Or Occupational Rehabilitation specialist who enjoys supporting injured workers with their recovery and identifying ways to support RTW.
  
This role based in Melbourne CBD will be working with one of VIC’s leading Claims Agents within the workers compensation scheme.

Duties will include:

• Managing a case load of clients across a variety of compensable schemes, liaising with employers, health practitioners and claims managers
• Working with a multi-disciplinary team, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehab Consultant, Rehab Counsellor, Psychologist.
• Develop and co-ordinating treatment and return to work plans for both physical and psychological injuries within a timely and proactive manner.

To be successful you will:

• Have an Allied Health Qualification (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Consultant, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychology) & have at least 2 years of experience on the field 
• Showcase an ability to be self-motivated, organised and with strong communication skills
• Have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation, Injury Management and RTW environments.
• Have an intermediate level in computer literacy or above
