HAYLO People has been engaged to recruit an experienced State Manager to lead a well-established Workers' Compensation team through its next phase of growth and operational excellence.
As the State Manager, you'll provide leadership across the NSW Workers' Compensation function, ensuring claims are managed efficiently, compliantly and with a strong customer focus. You'll lead, mentor and develop your team while driving continuous improvement, operational performance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Workers' Compensation team.
- Drive operational performance, service delivery and claims quality.
- Provide technical guidance on complex self-insurance claims.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage escalated stakeholder matters and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation legislation and self-insurance requirements.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.

- Strong technical knowledge of Workers' Compensation legislation and claims management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
