The Role:
Manage end-to-end self-insurance workers’ compensation claims across QLD legislation
Provide injured team members with a high level of customer service and trusted advice regarding their claims
Provide guidance and support to operational managers on injury management strategies and enable their capability to support their workers
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
This is a 3 month contract role with the view of extending, you will be part of a collaborative and passionate workers compensation team onsite 5 days a week in their Ipswich office location.
About You:
Have strong existing experience in managing claims within worker’s compensation in adherence to QLD Legislation.
A commercially minded yet empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management.
Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving.
Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally.
Work independently as well as within a team based environment.
