The Role:
- End to end file reviews of Rehabilitation Reports with the view to provide strategic direction to consultants and support continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance against framework and customer needs whilst utilising data & upholding a high level of integrity.
- Liaise, review, investigate and resolve customer queries and escalations with a timely manner.
- Support with project work whilst be adaptive to a business that are expanding.
- 5+ years’ of experience in workers compensation and showcase having worked closely with occupational rehab providers.
- Have excellent communication skills written and verbal whilst showcase high attention to detail.
- Showcase how you have worked independently and holding yourself to account
- Have the ability to coach and mentor staff based on review findings.
- Join a like-minded team with strong experienced and given autonomy

- $100,000 - $110,000 + super
