HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are supporting a specialist agency recruiting an opportunity for a experienced Case Manager, Return to Work Coordinator or Injury management specialist who is strong in claims management along with able to identify and drive ways of RTW.

Be provided with autonomy and focus on delivery not KPI's or billable hours
Duties will include:
Manage key relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, i.e department leaders, HR, safety, insurers, injured workers, rehab providers.
Develop and coordinating treatment and return to work plans for physical injuries within a timely and proactive manner.
Utilise your strength in Claims Management knowledge to guide and partner effectively with insurers.
Prepare reports for senior management whilst ensure file records are kept up-to-date.
To be successful you will:
Have 2+ years experience in Workers Compensation via Insurance, Self Insurance or Employer RTW/Case Management.
Must have an Allied Health Qualification such as EP, Physio, Rehab or OT. Experience working as an allied health professional post graduation as well as in workers compensation case managing would be advantageous.
Showcase an ability to be self motivated, organised and with strong communication skills
Have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation and either NSW, VIC or QLD legislation knowledge (multi state exposure highly regarded yet not required)
Be confident to engage with clients, manage relationships and escalations whilst multi-tasking day to day responsibilities
