The Role:
- Support claimants through each stage of the claims process, managing a portfolio of 70 accident and health claims.
- Provide a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
- Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement.
- Build and maintain rapport with clients and brokers.
- Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes.
- Step into a role with genuine senior and leadership progression

- Hybrid flexibility: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after onboarding
- Salary up to $105,000 + super
- 6 rostered days off each year

- An experienced case manager with ideally 2 + years of experience within A+H, Workers Compensation, Life Insurance or CTP; however, most importantly, you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.

- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
