We have partnered with a well-established Underwriting agency that is seeking experienced case managers to join their team across Sydney CBD and the Northern Beaches. With exciting growth on the horizon and a solid reputation already established, this is your opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding success story. 

The Role: 
  • Support claimants through each stage of the claims process, managing a portfolio of 70 accident and health claims. 
  • Provide a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management. 
  • Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement.  
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients and brokers.
  • Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes.

About You: 
  • An experienced case manager with ideally 2 + years of experience within A+H, Workers Compensation, Life Insurance or CTP; however, most importantly, you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes. 
  • Have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances. 
  • An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation. 
  • A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
