Eligibility Specialist

You will be working amongst a new team who are passionate, agile and want to make a difference. about working to a legislated timeframe and providing a clear outcome to external stakeholders.  

The role:

• Assess and triage claims to determine eligibility of psychological injuries
• Manage a small portfolio, take lead on disputed claims whilst coordinate with litigated and specialised teams
• Liaise with injured workers, agency partners and iCare to optimise results and customer experience
• Ensuring quality delivery along with meeting timeframes in assessment

Benefits

• Salary (experience dependent): $120,000 - 130,000 (potentially negotiable)

About you

• Be either a senior case manager highly confident in the legislative experience, a personal injury legal professional or existing eligibility officer
• Have strong attention to detail with excellent stakeholder engagement skills showcasing a commercial and customer focus
• An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills, prioritisation and agility.
• A true team player who can work independently and collaboratively
