HAYLO People are experts in General Insurance and Personal Injury recruitment. Currently, we are seeking an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to join a market leading brokerage in NSW.

This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a minimum of two years' experience in an account executive capacity, handling diverse commercial risks. It provides an excellent platform to work closely with an account manager, ensuring the smooth running of an established portfolio.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm 
  • Salary: Up to $100k plus super
The role: 
  • Manage and oversee a diverse general insurance portfolio.
  • Handle a variety of tasks encompassing account management, servicing, and administration.
  • Working closely with underwriters, and claims adjusters, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive service offering.
  • Reviewing and managing policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients and colleagues.
About you:
  • Have obtained the tier 1 insurance qualification.
  • Eager to develop, learn, and play a key role in the team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines.
  • A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
