An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join a purpose-driven organisation, playing a key role in supporting injured employees through safe, timely and sustainable recoveries.

You will take ownership of end-to-end injury management, working closely with internal stakeholders, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive return-to-work outcomes while minimising claim duration and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage workplace injuries from early intervention through to recovery at work
  • Develop and implement tailored Return to Work plans in collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Facilitate case conferences to remove barriers and accelerate recovery outcomes
  • Partner closely with insurers and brokers to support best-practice claims management
About You
  • Proven experience in Return to Work, Injury Management or Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Strong knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and processes
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence across multiple levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written communication skills, including reporting and insurer correspondence
  • Experience using injury management systems and insurer portals
