An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join a purpose-driven organisation, playing a key role in supporting injured employees through safe, timely and sustainable recoveries.
You will take ownership of end-to-end injury management, working closely with internal stakeholders, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive return-to-work outcomes while minimising claim duration and cost. Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage workplace injuries from early intervention through to recovery at work
Develop and implement tailored Return to Work plans in collaboration with all stakeholders
Facilitate case conferences to remove barriers and accelerate recovery outcomes
Partner closely with insurers and brokers to support best-practice claims management
About You
Proven experience in Return to Work, Injury Management or Occupational Rehabilitation
Strong knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and processes
Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence across multiple levels
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written communication skills, including reporting and insurer correspondence
Experience using injury management systems and insurer portals
