Psychologist - Senior Psychologist

HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. We are partnered with a major NSW organisation supporting frontline teams.

You’ll provide clinical guidance, psychological assessments, and incident‑response support while contributing to proactive mental health initiatives across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support training and prevention strategies within evidence‑based practice across a multidisciplinary wellbeing team.
• Provide Psychological First Aid and support following critical or traumatic incidents.
• Deliver confidential, evidence‑based psychological assessment, intervention and referral pathways for members.
• Partner with Peer Support Officers and leaders to manage wellbeing, stress and mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to early‑risk identification and proactive mental health programs.

Benefits

• Salary (experience dependent): $133,000 - 154,000 package

About you:

• Minimum four-year accredited sequence of study (postgraduate degree) in Psychology.
• Hold or close to obtaining your general Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• A current Driver Licence and the willingness and ability to travel.
• Be confident to present in person to support education and injury prevention training.
