RTW Specialist - Melbourne or Geelong

HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for an experienced Case Manager or Senior Case Manager in Workers Compensation to join an industry leader and step up into a RTW Role.

This role can be hybrid working from Melbourne or Geelong.
  
Role Responsibilities

• Lead recovery and return-to-work strategies across injury claims, identifying risk and driving positive RTW outcomes.
• Holistically manage a small portfolio of high-risk injury claims, working closely with Case Managers and key stakeholders.
• Support medium and low-risk claims through regular claim conferencing, providing specialist RTW guidance and strategic direction.
• Identify biopsychosocial risk factors and psychological barriers, developing tailored strategies to support recovery and sustainable RTW.
• Partner with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face RTW visits where required, providing early intervention and person-centred injury management.

To be successful you will

• Proven working experience in case management (3 + years), ideally within VIC. Allied Health Degree desired but not essential.
• You have sensitivity and high level interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Effective communication skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience leading people, team or key initiatives
