HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Insurance recruitment. We are partnered with a specialist injury management organisation to recruit an OT / Physio / EP into their Rehab team.

This is an opportunity to move into or continue building your career within occupational rehab, managing injured workers through their recovery and supporting sustainable return to work and life outcomes. 

The role:
  • Manage a portfolio of injured workers returning to pre-injury or new employer roles
  • Coordinate rehabilitation and return to work plans across complex physical and psychological injuries
  • Conduct workplace, ergonomic and functional assessments and develop tailored return to work programs
  • Attend case conferences and provide clear, timely recommendations throughout the rehabilitation process

Benefits:
  • Salary - Up to $115,000 + super + bonus 
    Location - Newcastle or Gosford
  • Varied caseload across rehabilitation and injury management

About you:
  • Qualified OT / Physio / EP with current AHPRA registration
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience
  • An understanding of injury management, return to work or vocational rehabilitation
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Outcome-focused, empathetic and confident working with injured workers and external stakeholders
