We are partnered with an a high performing client who are expanding their market share after securing new work and are seeking experienced Comcare Senior Case Managers to join their team either in Victoria or New South Wales.
We are seeking experienced Senior Case Managers to join a growing team across VIC and NSW, managing a portfolio of complex claims within a fast-paced and supportive environment. This role will focus on delivering high quality customer outcomes, driving sustainable return to work strategies and providing technical support across the broader claims function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing continued growth, with future leadership and development opportunities available. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of complex claims from end to end
Develop and implement effective claims and return to work strategies
Provide a high level of customer service to workers, employers and key stakeholders
Support technical discussions and assist junior team members where required
Ensure all claims are managed in line with SRC / Comcare legislation and internal compliance standards
Identify barriers to recovery and implement proactive resolution strategies
Maintain accurate claim documentation and manage claim outcomes within KPI timeframes
Build strong working relationships with clients, medical providers and rehabilitation stakeholders
Experience within self-insurance, insurer or claims agent environments
Coaching or mentoring experience highly regarded
Experience onboarding new clients preferred but not essential
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation capability
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and customer service focus
Strong organisational and time management skills
Solution-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
