HAYLO People are proud to be partnering with leading global business to recruit a Claims Operations Manager. We are seeking an experienced leader with strong multi-jurisdiction workers compensation experience, and exposure to self-insurance will be highly regarded.
The Role
As the Claims Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a national self-insured workers compensation program, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement across all operations.
Leading and managing daily operations of the self-insurance program
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
Monitoring and achieving KPIs and performance metrics
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
Managing key stakeholder relationships including regulators, brokers, and service providers
Embedding best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are a strategic and people-focused leader with strong operational expertise in workers compensation or personal injury.
Proven experience in workers compensation claims management and operations
Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and developing teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across complex environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-led decisions
Strong understanding of self-insurance frameworks (highly regarded)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
