At HAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment across General Insurance, Personal Injury, and Safety. We’ve partnered with a leading insurer and brokerage that is currently seeking a Strata Claims Consultant to join their Sydney team, working across multiple lines of claims.

The Role:
  • Location: Sydney CBD | 3 days work from home
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance
  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Plus Super
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens) 
As a Strata Claims Consultant, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Confidently manage a variety of insurance claims across multiple lines, guiding clients through the claims process, clarifying documentation requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely lodgement.
  • Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust.
  • Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
  • Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements. 
  • Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:
  • A minimum of 1 year in insurance claims handling, Strata Claims — you're confident managing the process from start to finish.
