At , we are experts inWe are partnering with a respected broker due to the growth they are seeking a Claims Administrator and Assistant Broker to join their Sydney CBD team, offering full training and career development in a supportive environment.

  • Starting salary $60,000 to $85,000 + super (Dependent on experience)
  • Located in Sydney CBD 
  • Clear career progression pathways

  • Full-time hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with additional flexibility where required
The opportunities. We are currently recruiting for multiple roles including:


Supporting the claims process, assisting with documentation, liaising with clients and insurers, and learning how claims are managed from notification through to resolution.


Working closely with brokers to support client accounts, prepare documentation, assist with policy renewals and build an understanding of insurance placement.


  • Previous experience in insurance, administration, or customer service is beneficial.
  • You genuinely care about the customer experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Can-do-attitude and thirst for knowledge
