As Claims Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assist with managing a variety of claims, helping clients understand the process and lodge claims.
Develop strong relationships with clients and brokers by providing friendly and helpful support.
Deliver great customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Process claims efficiently while following company guidelines and deadlines.
Learn and follow industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
