This is a hybrid account management and people leadership, suited to a quality broker who enjoys long-term client relationships, proactive portfolio management, mentoring junior staff and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- $130k - $160k + Super (based on experience & portfolio size)
- 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

- Deliver end-to-end account management including new business development, renewals, market placement, and client servicing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive portfolio management
- Work closely with internal Account Executives, Assistants, and claims support in a growing team
- Collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Tier 1 qualification required (Diploma desirable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a general insurance portfolio
- Proven experience across a broad mix of general insurance risks
- Strong client relationship management, sales and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and service-focused
- Collaborative working style and positive contribution to team culture
