HAYLO People are specialists in General Insurance recruitment. We are partnering with a high-growth, reputable brokerage in Brisbane CBD to appoint an Account Manager to drive business growth.
This is a hybrid account management and people leadership, suited to a quality broker who enjoys long-term client relationships, proactive portfolio management, mentoring junior staff and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Salary: $130k - $160k + Super (based on experience & portfolio size)

The Role:
Deliver end-to-end account management including new business development, renewals, market placement, and client servicing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive portfolio management
Work closely with internal Account Executives, Assistants, and claims support in a growing team
Collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance solutions
About You:
Tier 1 qualification required (Diploma desirable)
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a general insurance portfolio
Proven experience across a broad mix of general insurance risks
Strong client relationship management, sales and communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and service-focused
Collaborative working style and positive contribution to team culture
