$100,000 - $130,000 salary plus super + car/fuel + phone and laptop

Depending on your experience, you will play a vital role in estimation and/or oversee and coordinate building projects as a Supervisor.
- Estimate BAU claims in line with KPIs.
- Conduct full property assessments and inspections.
- Create scope of works, costings and insurance reports for damaged assets.
- Prioritise workload efficiently to meet workload and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and the team to ensure projects meet expectations and deadlines.
- Estimate project costs and manage resources effectively for efficient project completion.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate construction projects across insurance and construction.
- Manage the end-to-end process of jobs in your portfolio, ensuring a high standard.
- Review costs, create schedules and review all challenges and ongoing work.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the market, always keeping service and impressions at the forefront.

- Trade qualifications in building / construction.
